Very comfortable bed, it was 5 star. We intended to go to the restaurant for breakfast. Opening hrs were on the door. When we got there, it was closed and should have been open as per the posted hours. There was no reason posted. no one in reception, so we went elsewhere. We were in room 10. The shower leaked a lot under the door, and the spout over the vanity was ready to fall off it was so loose. Otherwise, the room was very good. I would stay there again.

Good location we were a little anxious about a possible noise problem due to proximity to the main road. But was not to bad. Had a good nights sleep

5 stars based on value, convenience, and friendly staff. Very clean motel with large rooms for the price category. Location is excellent if you need good value proximity to the CBD. There's an in-house restaurant that I didn't try, but looked really popular for breakfast - definitely going to try it next time.

If you want the best mattress for a great nights sleep, here it is! The room what spacious, quiet and clean. Fully renovated and looks great. Super friendly staff at reception and house keeping. Will be staying again when in Dubbo

I had a downstairs family room with a good bed. A bit old fashioned but the super friendly and helpful staff were just great and the restaurant, Lions Pride, was exceptional.||This motel has room service but I would recommend utilising the small, tasteful restaurant with its very attentive staff.
